  • Definition of term or lead time as the temporary distance between the moment the order confirmation is signed by the customer and the moment it is delivered to it.

  • Definition of punctuality as the number of order lines on time in the warehouse with respect to the total ones.

  • Punctuality of 90% in 2018 versus 68% in 2017. Target: 95%.
