19th of December 19 of 2013. Jaime was my first supervisor at RMIG, being the General Manager, and who hired me to start working in the group. In my second stage in Spain, we co-managed the company for a time until he went to another company and I stayed alone with the Managing Direction of RMIG Iberia, S.A. for five more years.
Roberto manages his area of responsibility comprehensively and, based on the defined strategy, he develops specific action plans to achieve the stated objectives. He relies on his team of collaborators whom he makes grow as managers in the performance of his work without neglecting in any way the fulfilment of the final goal, which he always achieves.
