1

Those who believe that it is impossible and cannot be done, please, let those who try to work. “Silence! we are operating ”.

2

Let’s look more for the causes of what happens, and less the culprits of something happening.

If there are no problems, then we have a problem.

4

Let’s reward the simple and penalize the complex.

5

We will learn from mistakes only if we correct them, and from successes, only if we know why.

6

The opposite of progress is doing the same thing over and over, hoping to get different results (“This has always been done this way”).

7

If we only have a hammer, we will see all the problems in the form of a nail. Think “outside the box”.

8

Each of us is the president of his area of responsibility.

9

If we believe in something, then we create it, and when we create it, it is because we really believe in it.

10

If a few invent and the rest only take advantage of their inventions, we will be labour, instead of brain work (“I’m not here to think”).

11

We prefer expensive training to cheap ignorance.
