Roberto is a person with big organizational and leadership skills. From the first moment you meet him, you realize about it, transmitting security and confidence thanks to his communication skills. Firm but always open to dialogue and exchange of opinions.
Regarding my department, maintenance, he has brought new management ideas and has made the CMMS (Computer Assisted Maintenance Management) system begin to gain strength in the company and therefore improve cost management without diverting attention a bit of the reliability and availability of the machines.
Last but not least, it is worth highlighting his ability to make teams and make the entire workforce work on the common goals defined by the management, which, after all, is what makes the company advance and evolve.
