8th of November of 2017. I was David’s supervisor, when I was International Operations and Quality Director at RMIG A/S and he was Operations Director at RMIG UK.
I worked closely with Roberto, we were involved in many projects all over Europe. These projects included optimising manufacturing, relocating equipment, identifying investments, setting up KPIs for the manufacturing department and personnel restructuring. Roberto was very successful in completing these tasks and during this period I found Roberto to be very goal focused whilst at the same time very supportive to his team’s requirements.
