Change

In this section you will see the three parts into which I divide the change:

  • The definition, to understand the concept clearly. What do I understand by change and transformation of an organization?
  • The method of the three photos. It is my own method, which I apply when I hold the maximum responsibility for the change projects that I undertake.
  • The 8 strategies. Once the previous step is finished, we approach the execution of the change.
