I’m going to indicate the strategies that have to be applied, at most, when the initial evaluation of the three photos method is finished, and the definition of the type of company we want to be is carried out, as well as the general strategy.
What is indicated above means that the number of strategies to apply will depend on the conclusions to which we have reached after the collection of information that we have carried out, and on the definition of the type of company we want to be and the general strategy that we have defined.
Due to this, it is very important that not all the strategies must be applied, even when it’s true that some of them are more general than others, as for example the eighth and the ninth one, and due to that it is difficult and even unrealistic (because there are legal implications if they are not done) to not to apply them.
And what has been said is important, because it indicates that the three photos meethod is very flexible and subject to the needs of each case.
This section is divided into:
-
Strategies (from 1 to 10):
-
Fields or scopes of action, which are the work areas into which we divide the strategies.
-
Actions within the fields of work. Some of the most important are listed. Logically, there are more, since it is not possible to indicate the whole in a document, without knowing the specific aspects of each company.
