Reporting to the project coordinator and to the Lead Advisor of each project / company.
Main responsibility
To support companies to define, professionalize, and structure its strategic planning, protect the management team and advise current shareholders in making key decisions for the future of the business.
Design, develop and market an interim board of directors service for companies that do not have this governing body or want to complement it, mainly SMEs and start-ups, made up of top-level professionals with experience in participating in corporate governance bodies and / or with extensive experience as executives.
