This is the first of three articles in which I will give my point of view on the situation of the industry in Spain in relation to the current situation, as well as a series of actions that, at a general and company level, it is convenient to adopt. A small contribution to the current confusing situation.

In this article, I analyze the situation of oil and the companies that are around the so-called Black Gold, particularly sensitive for me because it affects in a significant way the evolution of the business in the steel industry in the coming months.

On some other occasion, I have written in this same medium some other article about the leadership crisis in business, and in industry in particular, which is my sector. That’s why I’ve put the appendix to “Chapter 2” to this entry.

If we talk about some of the forgotten people of the crisis that this pandemic is leaving, we have to talk about entrepreneurs. And we must understand that talking about them does not mean that we underestimate the work of other groups, or that we prioritize economics over health. It’s not about having to choose. it is about putting everyone in the place where they deserve to be.
